Who I am

Developer based in Rustenburg, South Africa

Having started my professional career as a mechanical engineer, I made a decision to switch careers due to my newly found passion for coding. I am looking to establish a solid and successful career as a software developer.

As a current software development bootcamp student, I have gained proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS and JavaScript through the successful completion of comprehensive challenges and projects. I have worked and continue to work with Git and Github as a means of version control and are well-versed in its usage. In terms of programming languages, I have great knowledge of Python and Java and have basic to intermediate coding capabilities in the languages.

I value continuous learning and growth to expand my knowledge and skillset and as such, I am currently learning React.js and Express.js. I enjoy solving problems through the use of efficient code.
